Read the docs here (especially pargraph VIII). I haven't created them for nothing.

About this You can read here ("settings in podbot.cfg" - paragraph)

If You are playing V3B16b they shouldn't be too easy on skill (100), but there are still some ways You can try to make them harder (but unrealistic). Read about that here.

Next time don't be so lazy - read docs, search the forum before asking about something. If You will ignore in the future such rules, I'll ignore Your questions...

Well sometimes the docs are even hard for me to read with little mistakes.

But I find this function a very useful one, because maybe a person wants 30 bots on a 32 slot server, and a human wants to join.
Code:
When a human connects to the server, a bot is kicked to give the human a guarenteed free slot to play.
If you don't want that to happen, then I would suggest putting min_bots 30 or what ever amount of bots you want.

I think the docs are kind of for experienced pbmm users for like people who already know what is what but need specifics.
