You probably tried to install an old hook DLL (like POD-bot 2.5) on Counter-Strike 1.6, did you ?

Ok if that's the case then it's because of mean bot since it installs podbot.

Normally mEAn mod does not install podbot, so you must be using the installation package? If you are using CS 1.6 you should switch to the latest WIP version.
