Did you correctly set m_enforceclanteam on?
m_enforceclanteam on te
In hindsight, the command should be changed since there's really no need to specify "on", but that's the way it is at the momemt.
Also "od" may match up names that are not part of the clan, so I'd specify at least "od-".
Here are all the commands you need to have a look at:
m_enforceclanteam [ on < te | ct > | off ]
Non clan members who are on the designated clan team, and clan members
who are not on the designated clan team, will get blown up automatically
at start of each round. A private message will be displayed telling
the person they are on the wrong team, and how to switch teams.
default minimum access level: clan member
m_clantag <"clantag">
If you set this CVAR to match your clan tag and turn on
m_enforceclanteam, players who have the matching clan tag
in their name will be forced to play on the specified team.
All other players will have to switch to the opposing team.
This CVAR corrects the problem of not having all clan
members registered in the user.cfg file. To disable, simply
set the m_clantag to an empty string "".
NOTE: the clan tag cvar is not case sensitive.
examples: m_clantag "[mean][mf]"
m_allowonclanteam < userid > [ yes | no ]
Allows non clan member to join the clan team when m_enforceclanteam
is on.
default minimum access level: clan member
m_allowoffclanteam < userid > [ yes | no ]
Allows clan member to join the opposing team when m_enforceclanteam
is on.
default minimum access level: clan member

Re: m_clantag -

nothing changes, even when im specificed a clan member in users.ini
m_clantag "od-" now
name OD-rObBoB_44[CPT] now
m_enforceclanteam on ct or te has no effect, it does no action
what other settings can come in to conflict with this, I have numerous plugins including PTB etc
or is there a certain number of people required for this command to have an effect?

I'll give it a try over here using your name and clan tag.

OK it does not work for me either. This feature used to work fine, but I have not used it in a long time, so something along the way must have broken it.
I'll try and fix it for you. It was something I remember being nice to have.

Re: m_clantag -

OK I was wrong, it does work but it's confusing.
Here's how it works ...
If you are a member of the clan, then you can join anyteam (which is why we both thought it was not working), but if you are not a member of the clan then you can only join the team not reserved for the clan.
If all clan members leave the game, then the enforcement is automatically turned off. This is done to allow the server to resume normally after all of your clan members leave, otherwise the server will be unplayable.
What I should do, is provide an option for doing a "strict" enforment where even clan memebrs must stay on the clan team.
Let me know if it will work for you the way it is or not. I'll be updating the manual to make the operation of this feature clear!

What the hell, I've patched it up to make the clan team enforcement to work better (and make more sense). I will release the new version once I get it all packaged up.
