version declaration

well i dont want to seem as a nOOb but i guess i am reguarding this.. i have web mod that i configure myself with the custom metamod plugins that i add... but i realized how hard it is to impliment pbmm2.6 for the only fact that i cant get pb to do this.. "pobdot" version is "R2b46a" i can get any other mod to do it but i can figure pb out..

"amx_version" is "0.9.9 (3 modules)
cdversion
"cdversion" is "4.21.0"
w_version
"w_version" is "0.47"
they all do that...
ive tried..
pb_version
podbot_version
pbversion
pobotversion
what is there more??
i found the pb version cmd but it doesnt give me those essential "" to implant the version to put in webmod.

can sombody tell me the cmd that i dont seem to figure out?? or tell me how to fix this...

I do.

The version cvar should be designed so I can do something like this:

if (pod_version_cvar < min_pod_version)
{
    // abort because version is too old and is not compatible anymore
}

If I understand pb version right, it displays the version just fine, but a cvar would be much better because I could easily get a hold of the version from my code.

pb version doesnt work for statsme cuz it can only read cvars
