I'm sorry, but even after reading this for 5 times I didn't quite understand you. Maybe it's me or maybe this passage is really not well expressed, but in any case I would welcome a more understandable expanation.
1. "Stats and the like" - you mean the cs stats plugin? Where did you notice something? In the map end stats? During a game? When and where in game?
2. "the bot came up as another name" - What do you mean, "came up"? Where did the bot come up? And what made you think that it should have a different name (or, the other way round, what made you think that the stats displayed for this bot were actually the stats of some other player)? I'm not even sure if that's what you wanted to say...
3. "it thought it was Krieg when the headshot as announced or some such" - errrr, yes. o_O Well, what's the first "it"? cs stats? And what's the second "it"? The bot you named Bubba? Where was the headshot announced? Do you mean you saw Bubba make a headshot, and StatsMe showed that Krieg had made a headie?

Very unlikely. No coder said so far thet he was going to fix your bug.
Besides, don't you think it's a bit short-sighted to run a total of 35 plugins all together and blame the bot plugin if something doesn't work? Did you even try to deactivate other plugins and test just the bot plugin? And then, did you activate the other plugins one by one to see from which point on something went wrong? Did you try a different order in the plugins.ini? (stats plugin first, then the bot, or maybe just the other way round...)
All I know is that several ppl seem to have this bot up & running together with StatsMe and AMX, and they never reported anything like this.
