I was playing with the podbots just now, and I started shooting my teammate (a pod bot) in spawn. After a few hits, the podbot started shooting back at me.
I thought "Ok, that's cool, that will be a good deterrent to keep people from shooting their teammates just because they are bots."
But then even the next round the bot was shooting me. And the next.
So I kicked the bot out, and another bot took the vacant place. This new bot also kept team attacking me.
What is the deal? Is there a setting somewhere that makes the bots respond to team attacking?
Turning off friendly fire will prevent team killing.
But this has to be a rare occasion since I shot a bot not long ago, all it did was shoot me a couple times and then went off to complete the map goals.

Turning off friendly fire will prevent team killing.
Yeah, but I would prefer to solve the problem rather than avoid it, especially since turning ff off would go against the general ideology of the server.
What is the number of podbot mm's version You are using?
Type:

in the server console and show the output here.
Are You using any team-balancer or something else which may confuse bots who is the enemy and who is a friend?
