Waypoint Problems

I tried to create my own waypoints for aim_ak-colt, but I keep having a reoccurring problem. I create my waypoints, but when I add bots, it keeps saying "Waypoint Problem. No Path Found." I have no idea why it says that because there are many paths at that location. Is this problem occurring because I don't have a goal waypoint set up? Anyways, I have a screenshot that shows my problem.

Yes, not have goal points would cause a problem.
Same for ct and t points.

This could be that a path is missing and or a path is not leading away from a certain point.
I generally only come across this problem when a waypoint is misplaced and has wrong connections to them.
