I would like to compile it on my computer.
im using visual C++ on a amd athlon XP and also I would like to see it run SMP / multi cpu.
For a dedicated server im putting togather.

Are there any plans to release it in the future ?

As I’m not looking to reinvent a bot just do some compiling on my machine.

I’m using MS Visual C++ and I tried to compile the code you had up on your page and it doesn’t run right. I’m assuming that you updated the code since then.

If you change your mind let me know.

You mean the podbot_cc.zip one? It's not IvPBot source code, it's just modified POD-Bot 2.6 source code that would get compiled with several compilers. So, you will need to fix some bugs before you use it

hmm... he does not plan to release the source now, which does not mean he does not plan to release the source ever...

I don't see anything wrong... according to me, contributions of quality to the coding forums are more helpful than just releasing one's source code... Even Aspirin is not releasing the source code of his JoeBot XP, and I don't release *ALL* my source code either.

I just don't want to release its source now but that doesn't mean I would not release the source in the future...Actually I have plan to release the source when I have nothing can do with the source again.
