Default Bug - Map Oasis - Axis cannot disarm dynamite in Anti Tank Guns - 30-05-2006

Hello all

I observed that in Oasis if you plant the dynamite and it falls under the Anti Tank Gun or if you plant over it, the engineer bots are not clever enought to reach them and disarm it. The engineers come to the Guns but they got lost, they only walk to a side from another.

In the case of the dynamite planted under the Anti Tank Gun, most cases the bots really don't need to lie down for disarm it.

I'm using: Fritz_ET_V.60b,windows 98.
And the bug appears whith the original package and also with Oasis Version 2 Waypoint released by Crapshoot (4 Weeks Ago).

This problem/bug occurs to you to, or only I am affected?

Its something that needs addressed and is known, hopefully it will be solved in the next version.

mmm... battery....

I've seen it happen on pubs and noone's figured it out...

I notice they're not smart enough to figure out some of the dimple trickplants either, but that's just me.


at least it doesn't have the bobots bug, where in battery, the waypoint to plant dyno is halfway across the room

then again, it doesnt have battery... but meh!

keep up the good work.


P.S. I HAVE to try that. I'm a n00b engie, all my exp comes from rifle nades... they always get me and disarm (I'm usually being tailed and cought half-way through a trickplant, or I plant normally and get killed.

Try planting dynamite were they can disarm it then get yourself in a good position to defend it This way the bots have a chance and you don`t win by default, at least until the update comes out, 50 50 is the only way man
