R2B46D .so file doesn't load

I've properly installed the plugin into my metamod and configured my bots but the plugin failes to load. Here is my out put from the meta list command.

My system is SuSE Linux 8.0 but I have recently updated all my GNU cc compilers and lib. Any Idea what the problem might be?

Can You make some screenshots (but as jpg file , don't make bmp) like these in this post?
Did You get podbot R2B46d to work on Your PC before You upgraded the system?

are there any error messages during the start of HLDS says "symbols not found" or something like that?

The only thing funny I can see is:

Error:/lib/libpthread.so.0: version `GLIBC_2.3.2' not found (required by /usr2/local/steam/tier0_s_i486.so)
Could not establish connection to Steam servers (steamclient,t).

Besides that ther is nothing.

OK I just installed everything from scratch. It works now.
