Hi! Thanks for the hints! Here's what i did:
i acitvated the advm flag - no change
I tried the autowaypointing but the results are not good:
The map (de_oeuf) is already waypointed so autowaypointing simlpy wont set a point where i touch down. (because other points are to close?)
Next try: I removed the nearest points and jumped again. This time the sound indicated that the autowaypoint system worked. But instead of creating a waypoint where i landed, the system built a path to the "nearest" waypoint which was ridiculously far away???

Then i just set two wpt, added jump and daf flags, activated advm, connected them by jumping back and forth and gave up. result: some bots make it. most fall down...
Maybe the gap is to small for the bots to realise that they have to jump.
Maybe I'm stupid. But im spoiled by the podbot jump recorder. Just activate it, do some fancy trickjump and - it works! That would be some improvement...
Anyway: If you have some further advice i would be grateful.
