i dont know if my problem is related to the podbot or if i have to change some setting

when i am adding bots to the other team only 3 join the other team and the rest are spectators

those spectators only join when i add bots to my team

i set mp_autoteambalance to 0 but still same prob

if i want to play alone with no helping bots i can only play against 3

can any1 help?

After the bots start to join in spec mode add more bots and kick only one bot from the server and the otherbots will join in to the wanted team. ;)

Change these CVARS as shown below:

// disable team offset limits to prevent spectating bots
mp_limitteams 0
// disable team balancing so your bots always stay on the same team
mp_autoteambalance 0

i believe that is in the console of counterstrike, but your problem may be related to the recent steam update which pretty much made bots stay in spectator mode.
