All-In-One Installer v3.2a!
 

Yeah, you read it right.
This installer includes PODBot 2.6mm R2b46c, statsme (2.8.3), AMXX (1.01) (with podbot menu plugin), Pierre-Marie Baty's BotAim 2 and metamod (1.17.4), and the destination folder MUST be cstrike. Now included linux support, for those who have emulators. Please not that there is no official support for this installer, so use it at your own risk! NOT AVAILABE YET. PLEASE COME BACK 20-04-2005 @ 10:00 AM (GMT-3)

I'm just waiting for PMB's ok for me to include BotAim 2 and I'm going to publish it.

Dunno if Botaim 2 will whole work with podbot mm, since podbot mm has included botaim 1 in its code. Probably need ask sPlOrYgOn about it. Another think - since You have AMX MOD X - why do You need StatsMe? :)

I've tested BotAim 2 with PODBotmm, and it works... And some people prefer statsme, others prefer AMXX, oh well...9_9

lol, that might be true. BUT: I regard it as a sign of decent behaviour and politeness that you just don't release stuff including other peoples' work without asking them before.

Look, I have written the waypointing documentation for PODBot mm, and I don't see a reason why this documentation shouldn't be spread by people who see some use in it.

However, if I caught someone using it without even asking or mentioning me, I would still be kinda pissed off. Not because of what is happening, but because of how it is happening.

Dunno if anyone can share that feeling. 9_9

Oh well, back to topic: That sounds like a pretty neat package you have compiled there, $eu_crey$$on! I bet it will cover the needs of most CS players who don't want to mess around with customized features too much. And it spares everyone the need to search for just the right program revisions that are needed to get everything to work together. Good job! :)

hi, i installed this new pack, overwriting everything from 2.3, and when I played dust2, the bots didnt work very well. the CTs didnt go anywhere. how can i fix this?

Just make the new installer without botaim2 and upload it again. Look how sPlOrYgOn uploaded the file (look at the link). If the link will not appear for You automatically - write it manually (copy it somewhere to notepad before You will try to change something). :)

yeah, i got a question. hm. it doesnt work. i think it has to do with starting the game. all i do is login to steam, the CS, and click NEW GAME, choose map, (i'm sure waypoint is compatible with 1.6) and i go into the game. but there are no bots. just me, all by myself. anyone know what i did wrong? (sorry i'm leet noob)

$eu_crey$$on made a good job again and he prepared for You the new installer all in one. The new version is numbered as v2.5 .
It includes PODBot mm R2B46d full (with Steam fix), AMX MOD X 1.55 with ultimate podbot menu (useful on DS), StatsMe 2.8.3 (by default disabled in plugins.ini - stats should be available now from AMX X), metamod 1.18. Botaim2 has been taken out from the installer (reason - see few posts above).
This is working only on Windows systems (author doesn't have linux to make more tests if it works or not - so he decided to stop support linux).

In case you haven't noticed, PODBot is a Half-Life Engine based bot. It won't work with other games. Unless it's some crazy mod I haven't heard about.

Go to matamod's plugins.ini and duisaable everything except podbot mm (by adding semicolon at the beginning of the line). Then start the game. If it will still switch off - disable aslo podbot mm. Then start the game with mm only.

Note - if You edited botweapons.cfg or botchat.txt or botnames.txt - just restore them from original fullpack R2B46d and try start the game again.

The All-In-One installer is changed now from *.exe into *.zip - to support linux again (*.exe files don't work on linux). Because StatsMe and ClanMod are not supported since longer than one year, StatsMe is not included into the new All-In-One. Currently it contains - podbot mm V3 beta 10a (it changes everytime I'm updating binaries in filebase), metamod 1.19 and AMX MOD X 1.71 (wth some most frequently used plugins as ATAC, ChickenMod, CSDM 1.70.30x). AMX X has more functionality than StasMe and ClanMod together and is more flexible - so there is no point to include these mods into All-In-One again.
The work on code of podbot mm beta was concerning (in some points) to get better compatibility with AMX / AMX X. There is done (in pb mm code) weapon restriction - so if someone restricts any weapon - for example awp from AMX X weapon restriction menu - the bots will not buy such weapon, too (before they bought and it was frustarting for human players). If the user is changing some player's model - it doesn't affect bots anymore - since they are collecting info about teams from teaminfo messages (so You can use admin_model plugins etc, superhero etc and Your teamnates bots will not attack You anymore).
There are also some other changes not corredsponding to AMX X - the full list You can read here.

Please use it as many servers it's possible - and report us any bugs You may notice. Read carefully the new podbot.cfg - the settings are changed into cvars now - so You need to know them to control Your bots.
The new docs for V3 of podbot mm are under construction - so currently only podbot.cfg contains the info You need to use podbot mm.
The code has been optimized - so it should work smoother - using less CPU now. So it should be possible use more bots now without lags.

They aren't standard maps for CS1.5 nor CS1.6 and the package is generally dedicated to CS1.6/CZERO. There are only these waypoints for CS1.5 maps they are different than for CS1.6.

OK - I've just uploaded the new version of All-In-One - 2.6g - it contains now AMX X 1.75a (with updated ATAC to the newest one) and podbot mm V3B14c.
Can somone test it on linux and on windows? I haven't had time to test it. :(
