It's a bug apparently and I'll ask Ancient to re-add the map.
Don't feel shy to post inside the cfegames forum about cfegames-problems.
Me or Ancient frequently visit that website and forum to assist on any help or requests.

It looks like pb help might be in the podbot.cfg file.

What exactly are you doing to provoke this behavior?
Maybe a map changes? or you start a new game?

Also, the waypoint menu is not available on dedicated servers.
