Plz Help TRying To Get Ivp To WOrk On My 1.6 DED. Server

I'm trying to get ivpbot to work on my dedicated server.
My server info:
Directory- C:\HLServer
running amx 9.8
metamod 1.17
steam 1.6

when i think i get it working in the liblist right or actually get it working at all i go in rs server i dont get a welcome message or ivpbot menu at all it's just regular cs 1.6. I tried changing everything to get it working in liblist so i dont think thats the prob.

Someone posted a config.ini that loads IVPBot. Look around here. It works.
Then take theat liblist line out.
