This might work but I'm not about to test it.
You will need metamod 117 installed

add -dll addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll to the steam cs icon target line
Create a file in the metamod folder called config.ini with these lines:
gamedll ivpbot/ivpbot.dll to get ivpbot going
gamedll the/path/to/realbot's/dll to get it going
