I think you misunderstand the intent of this forum. This forum is about bot development, not about a "product". Sure, the bots are used, but do please remember most of the bot development is free time stuff - they're not making money off it.
Also, if you believe something to be broken please make a more accurate description of the problems encountered.
If you're looking to troll, well to put it bluntly, don't.
