Do you have mp.dll in your cstrike\dlls folder? What is the version of IvPBot you are using? Did you installed the bot correctly? see this thread for the installation of the bot in CS 1.6: http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=450

Edit: Do you have any plugin running on your server? If so, try to remove them first.
