Dunno about a medion .
But all the laptops i service at work can be upgraded the cpu.
To the point where it would fit. (compatible with mobo)
Also the memory some have only one mem slot in that case it can be swaped with a bigger one. And some have 2 slots then just add a new one to the second spare slot.
Some latops have easy access via the bottom.
Others you have to remove the keyboard and a few screws from the top side.
