Yes!
I know of at least 3 in active development. The best one I tried so far was actually a recently released bot called "CCBOT". Its a lot better than bobot.
Their understanding of objectives is still pretty good, tho they will dawdle a lot, but they will fight fairly well, and they aren't aimbots like bobots were!
