well... planned out cities are mostly boring, I think... it's the randomness that makes them beutiful

but you're right regarding the traffic... but why not make an extensive system of free public transportation... I'm sure that would solve the problem to some extend.

I'm sure that would solve the problem to some extend. A greyscale with just one color? Heaven must surely be a dull place. This calls for an extraordinary mix of psychology and extreme violence!
