I played it before it was ported to the Unreal Warfare engine, and I must say, it's one great freeware tactical-FPS. (YES, America's Army is free guys, get it if ya want
)
No built-in official bots, you should spam them aboot that, lol...
It's harder than cs, more fair (no stupid semi-auto sniper rifle.. thank god...) and has some great upsides to it, my fav is when you died your gun would keep going off for a second there... it's like a hope for vengeance as you die... hehe! once I killed 2 badguys like that, the guy at the front was near death, the guy behind him I headshot... lol, I still pwn, even when I'm dead.
