I dunno aboot a Doom3 bot, but I know there's a Doom3 coop mod:

I myself wondered why there was no Tribes: Vegeance bot. The SP AI was great! did a gj of jetpackin' n' skiing... for a while I thought I'd be called Shazbot, then I remembered that was the name of the beta.
