Hmm yes, I found that wine, apparently wine's free software, winex is early versions of that Cedega.. They're smart buggers for making it cost money, and advertising HL2 support.
I'll wait for wine, I tried installing wine on my fedora, but it seems to have vanished, but seems to have completed the installation... hmm, I'll have to dig around for this bugger, what folder does programs usually install into? (remember, I'mma linux n00b, and have not much idea of the basic structure of linux.. all I know is "proc" is the processor, "dev" is devices, "sys" system... and a few others... and no search function doesn't make it easy on ol' MarD here
