certainly not. Stefan's computer, like everybody should know, is powered with a 4-stroke engine and has 6 tires on the sides. The engine develops 140 horsepower and the exhaust system, located between the diskette and the CDROM tray, has no silencer, which is why Stefan finds it a bit noisy.
