While we were repairing the filebase I've been hacking around a bit and I've made a lil PHP thingy that makes the filebase banner image be chosen at random among the images present in a certain directory
Which led me to the idea of making a banner contest, or something like that. Users could create their own Bots United banners and we'd upload them so that they could be displayed randomly.
A site that does that already is

Note: A few requirements tho
Pictures must be of reasonable size (about 750x150)
and not too big either, like, 30/40k at most (hint: reduce the number of colors)
they can be any format too, gif, png, jpeg... but not BMP of course
