Yeah of course it'll have Steam, but that doesn't mean that you'll have to let Steam access the net and go through all the usual bull. Valve couldn't be stupid enough to make the game online only. Well, actually, knowing Valve I wouldn't put it past them.

Launching a game through Steam is allright, but when you have to log in, update things, etc etc then it fast becomes a headache.
