Not quite, although as you'll see from the above, but I
am still learning. You can learn in this country from 17, but I have only recently returned. I was much too busy to even learn in the Netherlands when I was 18, and it is certainly not on my list of top priorities at the moment either. I doubt I shall take the practical here before next spring/summer as I will be in Uni. One of my priorities is of course finding a new social circle away from these people who irritate me so, but while I am marooned w/out a car at this new address, in the middle of these people I shall be able to get away from it when School returns next week and I head for Cornwall. (That I look forward to it is something of a shock9_9 -I hate studying, it makes my head hurt and I always end up in over my head.)
[EDIT] Just to note, I had forgotten this incident when I awoke this morning. Ordinarily I would not vent my anger (at least on social issues at any rate) on these forums, as I keep these aspects of my life seperate, but unable to respond I had to vent it somewhere! I was obviously succesful in that intent.
