hmm... i had this tool once... called e-icons where i could change system icons... that might be what you are looking for?
but i never tested it with xp, so i'm not certain at all that it would work...
A greyscale with just one color? Heaven must surely be a dull place.
This calls for an extraordinary mix of psychology and extreme violence!
