Reason i ask is because when it did connect at lik 42blahblahblah my ping in CS was around a stable 160 with a rate of 3900 now with the 115.2kbs it's not stable at all and starts jumping around for no reason (even when not in gunfight or neone in sight) averaging around 400 with a rate of 4000. Is it just my rates to low?

u can connect at 115.2??? i think somethings wrong wif ur modem....
a 56k modem can't even connect at 56k itself....it's something lower, like i usually connect at 50.6k but highest ive gotten is 53.2k
