Nope, they have the same health n' everything. The prob might be that they don't buy armor sometimes... I'm not sure how often they buy armor....
One thing you can do to make it harder to kill em' is the headshot trainer. Not the aimbot thing, but the little addon that makes it so players can only get harmed and killed by headshots. That should train you better, and make it harder to kill bots.
