@trub: yes, that's what I did
the main advantage is that it's all self contained... LCD screen, keyboard, mouse, all... and it's foldable... once it's folded it doesn't take more room than a normal handcase... and it has a handle to carry it around
I did it in haste though... it still looks a bit ugly, but hey, I'm no carpenter
If one day some digital camera falls under my hand I'll post pics of it
