buying weapons
 

I've gotten IVPBot to work on CS 1.6, but the problem is whenever I start a game with bots, they don't buy any weapons. They just stick with the default handgun they start out with. Does anybody know what I'm talking about and how to fix it?

It's the new update...it's causing havoc on the bot community right now

Just wait until the bot is updated

Same for me. I thought it happened to me due to me playing on a aim_map_usp with the waypoint, and somehow, making it stay that way, but it is obviously the update now.

The problem is that we do not know what the changes are that's causing all these problems. It seems to me they've either changed the messaging, or the function exports/import structure, or something else. It's a mystery with no solution until the cause is finally identified. In the meantime, don't update your servers if you can get away with it.

how can you not update ?

it forces me to do it, otherwise CS won't load ??

If you run the non steam cached version of a dedicated server you are not forced to update, at least not with this upgrade. If you are running the steam cached version you're sol.
