Need help with installation

I have installed ivp bot into my cstrike folder. I go into game and type "addbot" in console, nothing. Then i try ivp addbot in console, nothing. I made the one file that needs to be read only and made it that. I really would like for this to work, can anyone help me?

What is yoru CS version? If you are running it on Steam, remember to set your liblist.gam to Read-only mode.
