Back from France

Brittany to be exact. They really do hold their cultural heretage in regard in some respects, even if they do speak French and sell out on most of it all. There were quite a few British references there. A spattering of Celtic, espectially Welsh stuff like pub names. (Gwen ha du, "Wales bar" being my favourite.)

We beat Bristol at assassins, I didn't get burnt and the hayfever was awful on the 1st and last days. I've had more than a week with very around 5 hours of sleep per day, so I am also a little tired. I was going well until I got back to Plymouth, where I had to curtail my late night out because I threatened to fall asleep standing up. Proven that I have heroic fortitude when it comes to alchol, over long periods.=)

@Leagle: rare are the frenchmen who eat snails or frogs, contrarily to a widespread legend :) Some do, however.

Je fais trois heures de français tous les samedis, de 9h jusqu'à midi. En parlant de ça, je ferrais mon examen samedi prochain... :P

If this continues I'm going to start speaking French too, without the aid of Babelfish, and you don't want that.
