Ferias '2005
 

the countdown for the 2005 summer fiestas is started!! :D

This year I won't be doing Pamplona (that would be too much) but Bayonne and then Dax (and probably one or two more if I'm still alive then).

Mad ass party night and day, 24h/24.

Bayonne: from the 3rd to the 7th of August (officially). But it usually lasts a few days later.
Dax (40km upper): from the 11th to the 16th August.

In the meantime between the 7 and the 11 we'll probably be messing around, have a trip to Spain since it's nearby, have one afternoon or two at the beach, and drinkalot.

Those who are interested to come, get in touch with me ;) (you'll need to bring yer tent, sleeping bag and WHITE clothes, that's the custom to be in white). We'll be a bunch of 10-20 lads like last year, we know for almost sure that 2 german girls we met at the Oktoberfest will be coming too, and like every year there'll be new faces as well.

and all those who want to come, it's possible to meet also... just say so

...anyway, you know what I'll be up to by the first 2 weeks of august!! :D

its a bit early to say yet - but depending on funds I might have to go... I've never been out of the UK before :(

i dont know yet, maybe I'll work at that time again at the old ppls house, in the care like last year, so I can pay for the octoberfest trip ;)

Soo... those girls from oktoberfest's photos r going?

I really need to grow up... Fast. (I'm just 15, will be 16 in March 6 :D)

/me begins to save some money for 2007 or something oktoberfest :D

PS= Just a minor issue: in Europe, at what age are you allowed to drink alcohol (alcoholic beverages, not the chemical), 18 or 21? (in Brazil it's 18 )

It depends, I spent a long time in The Netherlands where it is 18, except if it isn't a spirit. (Then it is 16)

I have been many places. This summer I may be dragged out to Venezuela where my father is starting a new job. He's looking forward to this one, as he is from the land of the hummingbird.

hehe yeah... especially in the countryside, people get hangovers because of wine at 14... and at 20 they're unwastable :)

The legal drinking age is still 18 in France, however.

i've asked a friend, we need some exact dates so we can go for a few days. Yeh, i can't stay long IF i make it. I just had an unexpected cost of 1400 euro's... and i was saving for summer! :(

exact date ? Well, we'll probably attend both parties, so pick up the dates you want in this period...

or wait a bit until we know when everybody arrives, because even here not everybody will meet at the same time...

Mmm... Please remember me to write a letter to Mr. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva about that... Could be a good idea, then we wouldn't have to reccur to aspirins and the life cost would be lower :D :P
