IVP dedicated server

i want to teach my friend how to play CS. [ivp bots] i set up a dedicated server but i couldn't get any bots to join. what do i need to get the bots to join, i read that u need some stuff to do it thanks

Is the bot correctly installed ? Do you see the bot's welcome message ?

If not you may need to ask for help in the IvPBot forum (after making sure you've read the docs, of course).
