Bot Skill Level Help?

Hi, I recently got the IVP Bot, and it is really good, and realistic. The only thing is that they smoke me, hands down. There skills are all 80-100, I couldn't change that, so I tried copying the first set of skills and pasting it into the different number skills, that didn't work. So could someone please post what should I change the configurations too?
