Bots United banner contest
 

While we were repairing the filebase I've been hacking around a bit and I've made a lil PHP thingy that makes the filebase banner image be chosen at random among the images present in a certain directory :)

Which led me to the idea of making a banner contest, or something like that. Users could create their own Bots United banners and we'd upload them so that they could be displayed randomly.

A site that does that already is www.pouet.net, check it out, their title banners have all been created by their members

Gentlemen, arm your photoshops ! 8)



Note: A few requirements tho
Pictures must be of reasonable size (about 750x150)
and not too big either, like, 30/40k at most (hint: reduce the number of colors)
they can be any format too, gif, png, jpeg... but not BMP of course ;)

just wanne add.. i think its an cool idea.. but i wonder if there is many people of intrests to graphic.. its more programming in moste heads around here.. or games.. ;)

TruB, are you sure about your background colors ?
Take a screenshot of the forums and repaint it with mspaint, you'll see... IMO these colors don't fit at all :|

im not sure.. ill do that tomorrow.. maybe you are right.. afterall.. i am color blind.. ;)
