What are the hardest bots eg. podbot harder than realbot
 

i was just woundering what is the hardest bots to play against. i have been using podbots, and find them sooo easy.

i know playing against other people is the hardest, so please don't recommend it i have 56k.

also could a link be provided to dL the bots.

Hard to tell. First of all, I haven't tried many bots. Besides, how hard it is to play against them also depends on individual playing styles. If bot X is very good at something you can easily cope with, it's easy for you. The same bot could be difficult for me, because maybe I have problems with the way the bot moves / attacks or whatever. It's also a question of getting accustomed to the bot - if you try a new bot you've never tested before, you won't know how it behaves. Thus, it might be very hard to play against until you finally start to learn where the bot's weaknesses are.

Did you try all possible tweaks to your botskill.cfg in order to get the best out of them? Which PODBot version are you using, anyway?

It's never a bad idea to test the bots presented on this forum, however. For download links you can go to the filebase, or just go to the bots' homepages, and you will certainly find a download link in seconds. You don't expect ppl here to provide you with a link list to import into your d/l manager, now, do you?
