With a little bit more text, POD-bot waypoint files are typically .pwf files... so just head up to your favourite search engine and type {your_favourite_map}.pwf and you're likely to land on a site which proposes that file for downloading :D

There are also dedicated sites which offer a waypoints database, but I'm not much in the waypointing stuff, so I don't have any particular URL to tell you. Others may :)
