Making waypoints
 

How do i make waypoints for maps? I can't find any directions in the forums and the readme won't say. Do I need a program to do it? Or is are there simple command I can use like in realbot? Yea I'm a noob but I want to play in aim_map,awp_map,fy_iceworld w/ the bots

better yet, can anyone tell me where I can get waypoints for those maps?

aaah so srry, I just found the waypointhowto's in the ivpbot folder

but i would still like some waypoints for those maps made by Pro's cuz mine will probably suck

Did you look at MarD's homepage yet? He might already have what you are looking for, and he's a good waypointer, from what I've seen.
Otherwise, you'll have to trust google to find something... the problem with WPs from somewhere on the 'net is that they probably suck, too. You never know... That's why I make WP's myself. :D

*edit* Wait a minute, I have those waypoints! Didn't make them myself and didn't have a look at them (I don't play fun maps), that's why I can't tell you if they're good. Wait...

aim_map by Shibby (never heard of, may be ok, may suck... try it)
awp_map by SoUlFaThEr (Jackpot!! SoUlFaThEr is an ace waypointer. This ought to be good stuff!)
fy_iceworld by Wojjie (never heard of, and the file is suspiciously small... may suck)

Well, try'em and good luck! You may find out that fun maps aren't very good with bots, but that's of course up to you... ;) I won't waypoint those because I'm too busy with other maps and don't like fun maps...

Thank you very much.

I've noticed that people in these forums are much nicer than any other CS related forum. Especially the steam forum, it is full of people who just want to make fun of each other.

You know what: You're damn right about forums. I know exactly what you mean - I used to visit a CS custom models / skins forum, and when I was looking for other CS-related thingies I also browsed other forums. It seemed as if there were only mentally retarded, arrogant kiddies online! I was SO relieved and happy when I found this place - let's all try to keep it as it is (and don't you lose the URL ;) )...
