i make a server i let it on the same map all day
and nobody come on my server i lookt in my top15

There are so many gaming servers in the world, you can't expect yours to draw the attention immediately :)

And people don't fancy coming on servers where nobody is playing already... Try to add bots to generate a bit of activity, perhaps it will draw visitors.
