Yes... it's a really sad day for humanity as a whole. We're getting one step closer to Barbaria :(

The spanish government seems to charge the ETA (local terrorists in northern Spain and southern France) but I just can't believe this... the guys who planned these bombings have really no respect for life.

These terrorists want us all dead, bottom line.

How can the occident, our societies, our governments, capitalism, the half-world we live in generate so much despair and hatred ?

Unfortunately for everybody, no one thinks straight in the shadow of a chapel. Nor of a mosque.
Nor of a flag.
Nor even of a bank.

I wonder what will be our world in 50 years. :(
I hope I'll still be there to see it.

PMB, the question is, "Who are these terrorists?"

The prime supsect in any crime is whoever stands to gain the most from it. Talke a closer look at who stands to gain and point your finger there.

ETA has nothing to gain and everything to loose, not to mention they have denied responsibility for the crime.

Terrorists perform terrorism to push forward some political agenda, it makes no sense at all to deny responsibility for their actions. The "inteliigence" community has already mostly conceeded that ETA was not responsible for the crime.

Without ETA to blame, that leaves the general purpose cleaner "Al Queda". For me "Al Queda did it" has become a very sick joke, sort of like "the butler did it".

Again, look at who stands to gain. There's an election about to happen in Spain. Who ya gonna vote for now? A freedom loving Prime Minister or one who claims to be fighting terrorists?

Time to wake up people, turn the propaganda set off and start thinking for youselves.

You can visit Al Queda's website here: http://www.usdoj.gov/ag/trainingmanual.htm

and here are some Al Queda recruiters

Since we're on the topic of sensless terrorism:

Official answer is, "to protect the french nationals in Haiti".
The regime in Haiti was perfectly valid, though, you're right, yeah, lol 8D - that president was elected by the people, I mean elected SERIOUSLY, wasn't he ? :D

I execrate this thing called "right of interference". Like any form of hegemony or applied superiority.

and BTW this wasn't really politics yet... now it is, man it's YOU who started it ;)

ok ok I stop it.

Something like 90% of the population voted for Aristide, and about 100 "rebels" backed up by 1000 US marines "voted" against him in an "unscheduled election".

Those silly Candians also sent troops in "to protect Canadian nationals" LOL way to go Canucks!
