I'll be there by the 16th september with 3 blokes :)

We'll meet there at the train station the german chicks we met last year. One of them furiously wants me back :P.

Nova, Aspirin, Soulfather what about you? Will you come this year again? You sure have to :D And whoever from BU wants to come is welcome of course!

Let's talk about it in this thread and arrange where we meet and where we sleep. For us, the sleep problem is solved for the first N days as the girls want us to sleep at their home. Ain't that nice to be a frenchman 8)

i really cant make that date man because i have a concert on that same weekend....on the 17th....the show was contracted this year in April.

i would seriously LOVE to be there again DAMMIT....weekend after it?...then ill have cash.......

i really wish you could have planned it with me as you did last time.......

It would be kickass to meet all you cool BU guys IRL, thats for sure. I got no idea of where I could sleep though(well there is always my car...). And how far down in Germany is it?

Im not for sure but, I think I have time and money this year.

Im not so much worried about a place to sleep as to im worried where i can pass out without being robbed from what little thats left after a day at the fest.

No way guys, I'm not old enough, I don't have enough money and I don't speak german... Some french and very good english only, and something tells me they don't like either... :D

This year I've got the money, but not the time.

I'll try to plan out getting a one or two week vacation around mid-late september next year, and round up a few buddies for this.

I don't speak german either no french to. Only Dutch and English and the english part is just "so so". Well good enuf to communicate... :)

I tried to do my best but we really have to be there the 16. Anyway Soulfather if you're saying you can come the weekend after we'll stay there until then, it was not planned initially but we can stay that long if it's to meet again :)

Sleeping in the streets is a bit awkward but doable. The youth hotels are expensive and generally crowded at this time. None of us got robbed last year if I remember well ; I just lost my hat but I bought another one so whatever.

I'll be arriving in Germany on the 6th of September, and arrange with Johannes to go down there. Pierre, as soon as im back ill give you my new and joe's mobile number, so we can coordinate. Onno, what about you ?

I dunno yet about how much time i'll have then, because like last year i'm preparing an exam, this time even a more important one. but I guess i'll go there for at least one night.

why not? I could even phone with my mobile in Austria. Just remember to have your country prefix in it. Ie, mine is 0031 or + 31 , the 0 of the '06' is gone then and you end up with: 00316xxxxxxxx ... I thought for germany it was 49? or 42?

Yeah...same here, mine works in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium and in France aswell. Unless the providers in France aren't very cooperative...

Yup. Unless we take an european/international subscription, french cell phones don't work outside of the french networks. The cell phone providers in France are an organized band of robbers.

hmm thats bad then man.......how will i be able to tell you when i will arrive one week after you do if we cant communicate with a phone??

but im definately going to show up on the 23rd (friday) and ill leave on the 25th

so if Nova and the others can come on the 23rd weekend...we can all meet :)

because Pierre met some3 chicks and will be with them on the first weekend

I'm talking to Aspirin and Nova and whoever wants to come. Damien activated his cell phone for international calls. We gave the number to Soulfather. But it would be nice to have a time & place to meet would the phone calls fail. We can be at München Hauptbahnhof anyday anytime since we won't be sleeping far. Tell us when you arrive, and for the others, it's high time to arrange :)

@Nova, Aspirin, Onno: in fact the girls we were with this weekend host us for a few days more. Nova I told you I'd call you yesterday but I didn't because of mobile phone issues. Since you said I can call you anytime I'll eventually manage to get a phone to work later on in the week. +edit+ If you have a particular availability this week please post it here, I'll check back as often as I can.

@Soulfather: looks like we won't be able to meet this year. :( Shit shit shit. We'll all be leaving on saturday because other friends await us in Paris for an unexpected weekend party, one of the sort that's not to be missed either. I won't be able to attend your concert. So bad for the cheap beer :(

I fucking cant come. No money for train, parents on holiday with fucking car, and no nerves to organize anything else, plus im moving in a few weeks and got to organize BUTTLOADS of stuff. Gotta move it guys, wont work *sigh* Onno wont be able to either, he's up to his ears in work :( and joe is broke as well if i remember correctly. how about next year we organize a FEW months in advance ?

well, this was rather planned one year in advance :)

main reason for to stay at home is that i begin becoming nervous about the next big exam - and additionally that spending 50€ for just going to munich for one evening isnt that cheap. ok, you guys payed more, but especially the first point is important at the moment. last year I had this math exam, too, but that was only little stuff to learn compared to this exam :/
