there a list of things you need to say at the page to describe your program

sourceforge.net's requirement is not that strict, as long as it's free software (it doesn't need to be 100% free software, i.e., it doesn't rely on non-free programs like M$ Windows or Half-Life. This is required at some other sites such as http://savannah.gnu.org btw.) it will be likely to hosted there

and I also don't think they will check back to see if what you said is true as I have seen quite a lot of vaporwares at that site :D

my god , they are still list my project as pending (I request to takeover the name "riflebot") although 3~4 days I think ... They said they will take up to 2 (2!!!) days for your projects to be reviewed and nows ....

Being hosted by SourceForge is NOT a right. Complaining as you do is not really smart.
I'm not sure that with such a bragging tone you can get hosted anywhere, anyway.
