Whistler was right... I found exactly the same file with my updated PMTools (which now allows to dump files from the Steam cache with a server command, you should try it).

I have made a little n00b installer to get the proper names back :

holy SH*T , thats the longest post (quote) i have ever seen. Nice to see the names back, although i don't give a sh*t... i just use autobuy now... as i'd like to play and fight...
