About the double post thing, I thought the forum merged them if they were posted close together these days. Perhaps it was the last realbot forum then, hah, I never spent enough time there.

Probably not enough. Too many painkillers are want to make you feel very ill and crabby, but up untill then they often fail to numb the pain properly. They work, but leave you with the discomfort. Of course, taking "enough" always results in you feeling discomfort, leading to increased crabbiness and madness.

So the question is: What does this Bangra Fever compilation have to do with painkillers? Bangra numbs you without the discomfort.
