I didn't mention that Palmer said that an uprising by the Communists was going to take place on Mayday. He was wrong, and was discredited.

This is what I found interesting. People used to think unions were Communist back then, because of the whole worker thing going on in Russia. That was a while ago.

I swear, every ten years the public has another group to hate. It's just not right.

There is some descrimination going on, but people tend to be more open to foriegners in cities.

No. They mean foreign nationals that were "previously identified". Most would have been perfectly legal.
