Default Creating Waypoints on dedicated server - 30-11-2012

Hey there,

I want to create waypoints for my own maps.
And I run pbmm on a dedicated server, together with amxx.

Is there a way to manage my problem?
Or do I have to stuck with a listen server?
Or maybe there is a amxx plugin?

Regards,
Dori

It was answered many times - You can edit waypoints only on a listenserver.

Hey Kwo, thanks for the answer.
But I'm curious, why it can't be done as a amxx plugin.
I mean, we can send the waypoint commands directly to the server.

So why is that not implemented?

Thank you.

Maybe even it could be done by amxx plugin, but a lot of code of waypoint.cpp should be ported from C++ to sma code, so I doubt if it's worth to do such big work just only to have the functionality You already have built-in with podbot mm on listenserver. There is not so many waypointers they could take some benefities from such work, so I don't think anybody will be interrested to do it.
